What is Mindful Focus?

If you ask me, I think your ideas, creativity and excitement are your superpowers.

 

When I cross paths with folks who are doing the damn thing

and living in alignment with their unique gifts and genius, I get goosebumps.

 

Yet sometimes the most brilliant and talented brains 

are struggling behind the curtains. 

 

 At times, it’s a struggle with lack of focus and follow-through.

At others, it’s hyperfocus and lack of perspective.

 

If you are wrestling with that beautiful mind of yours 

and feel as if your gifts come with an internal cost, I can help.

 

 This cycle of gas, brakes, gas, brakes, flooded engine,

overwhelm, burnout, defeat, rinse, repeat is no longer serving you.

 

 I know because I have lived this cycle many, many times

until I finally sought support. (ie I hired my own coach)

 

 With support, I found ways to support my whole self.

 

I updated my skills, gained new strategies, and built 

systems to actualize my dreams and then dream bigger.​

 

And now my dream is to help you find your own version of creative 

freedom by building an alliance with your mind.

Consider mindful focus as the ability to zoom in and out. 

 

When we need to concentrate on intricate details or specific aspects of a task, we zoom in, narrowing our focus to hone in on the finer points.

 

This allows us to delve deep into the subject matter and tackle complexities with precision.

Conversely, there are times when we need to zoom out, broadening our focus to see the bigger picture. This enables us to grasp overarching concepts, recognize patterns, and make strategic decisions.

By mastering the art of mental zooming, we can adapt our focus to suit the demands of any situation.
